1. Can I combine orders in my Shopping Cart to save on shipping costs?
Currently, you cannot combine orders for shipping in your Shopping Cart. However, if you have ordered different items from the same supplier, you can contact the supplier to combine the items you have ordered into 1 shipment to save on shipping costs.

2. How do I to cancel an order?
You can cancel your order after payment is made (before the supplier ships the order). You also need to contact US and reach an agreement to cancel the order.
3. How long does it take to refund money to my credit card?
Upon confirmation that your refund request has been accepted or your order has been automatically cancelled, money will be refunded into your credit card account within 10 working days.
4. Why can't I pay online successfully?
Payments by credit card may fail for reasons, including authorization and fraud prevention systems. If you have trouble making payment using your credit card, we suggest contacting your credit card issuer directly.
Useful information for credit card payments:
1) Currently, we only accept payment via personal Visa or MasterCard Credit Card (excluding company issued credit cards)
2) Ensure your card issuer supports and has activated your 3-D Secure Code (Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code). The Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code is not the short numeric code printed on the back of the card. If you have not activated your 3-D Secure Code yet, please contact your card issuer to activate this service
3) Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your credit card to cover payments
4) Always double check payment information before you proceed with any transaction
5. Do I need to apply for an account?
You don't need set up an account to buy on roomwatches.net. You can simply place an order directly.
6. The item I received is different from the item I ordered: what should I do?
If you find the items you received are different from the items you ordered; or you are not satisfied with the condition of the items delivered, please contact us at once.

7. I can't track my Order using the tracking number provided. What can I do?
If you can't track your Order using the tracking number provided:
1). Please contact us to confirm whether they have provided you with the correct tracking number. Please also check if they have changed the shipping information. You can contact us at eewatches@gmail.com
2). Please contact the shipping company to confirm if the order was dispatched. Sometimes shipping companies take 1-2 days to update new delivery information on their website.
8. How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it's best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. For more details on how shipping costs are calculated, please contact the supplier directly.
9. How do I edit my shipping address?
To edit your shipping address:
1) Sign in to My Orders
2) Select ��Shipping Address Settings�� in Transactions section
3) You can add a new address or modify your current addresses by entering the required information

10. Can I see product prices in my local currency?
Currently all product prices on eewatches are all shown in US dollars. To see the prices in your local currency, click here to see the latest exchange rates.
